Wedding Receptions At The Fives Columbus
The Fives has two very different locations for receptions. You have The Social Hall which is 7000 square feet and can hold up to 400 guests. This makes it one of the larger reception rooms in Central Ohio.
Then you have The Terrace which is on the top of the building, had over 5000 square feet and can hold 350 guests.
Or you can combine BOTH locations and hold up to 750 guests!
When you have a new venue there is just so many things to talk about. Sure, the tall windows on both side of the room allow a lot of natural light into the room. But for us, the ceilings are the most unique feature. The chandeliers are just incredible.
If you reception is taking place during the nice weather months, you can have a cocktail hour outside with some cool seating.

This venue gives you so many different areas to have your reception. Do you want inside or outside? So yes you can have your reception inside the venue.
There is a small ‘patio’ that overlooks the main room which can host the ceremony.
Consider having your reception on The Terrace for great views of downtown.
Wedding Pictures At The Fives Columbus
It should almost go without saying that you will be able to get incredible pictures at The Fives.
Of course if you on the balcony, the pictures overlooking downtown Columbus will be incredible.
But you’d be mistaken if you think you can only get city views or inside pictures. You will have very easy access to The Reach On Goodale which will give you some great green space pictures. Best of all its just outside the main building.

There is just so much to talk about with this venue. The views, the windows, the chandeliers, the park and the different rooms.
One of the most unique things is that the large windows can be rolled up like a garage door. This allows all your guests to enjoy the best of indoor and outdoor wedding receptions!
When having an outdoor ceremony, you need to consider having the proper equipment so that your guests can hear what is happening. We always suggest this. But its even MORE important if you are on The Terrace. The wind noise is almost always enough to overwhelm the soft voices of a ceremony.
This venue does offer ‘non-prime’ discounts for weddings that happen from January - March.
When you rent this facility you get the place for 3 hours before, up to 6 hours of time, and then 90 minutes of tear down.
